Hints and tips
- Have a look in your recycling for good materials to use. You could try old cereal boxes, magazines or plastic bottles. Tin foil works really well to make a shiny robot!
- You might need some adult help when using pliers or scissors.
- Robots come in all different shapes and sizes. Can you make one as tall as you? Or why not make a family of robots?
- This activity is inspired by the artist Eduardo Paolozzi. Check it out some of his artworks below. He was a pioneer of pop art and liked combining machinery and human figures in his work. What can you see in his collages?
